Terms of Service

By accessing or using RevTalent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

RevTalent is a talent placement service that credentials, trains, and places HubSpot talent onto client teams, with optional managed hiring and candidate vetting, supported by an applicant and company portal. Services require an active RevTalent engagement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use RevTalent in compliance with all applicable laws, including employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection regulations.

Fees depend on the engagement you select — full placement, managed hiring, or interview and vetting support — and are set out in the engagement agreement or statement of work we agree with you.

Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees are invoiced as described in it, and any placement guarantees or replacement terms are defined there.

RevTalent and all associated content, trademarks, software, and the talent portal are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevTalent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
